Three challenges to combine today.
Firstly at Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge: http://thesecretcraftersaturdaychallenge.blogspot.com/ the challenge was a sketch. Nice and simple to follow.
Secondly at Polka Doodles this week: http://polkadoodle.blogspot.com/ their challenge was to use a Bug and any alternative to ribbon.
I designed my own Ladybird for this one, been wanting to do it for ages, so it seemed like a good time to get it done. The challenge at Bee Crafty, another challenge blog I only just found is for 'Things with Wings' http://bee-crafty.blogspot.com/, so I thought my Ladybird might do here.
For the alternative to ribbon, I used printed paper as a strip, and the looped another bit over to make a fake bow effect, which I stuck to the card with a gem brad. Would have preferred a round one, but didn't have one. About normal eh?
Hope it will do. . .?
