Hiya folks!
Monday yet again (doesn't it come round quick?!) and time for this week's theme at
Which this time is:
HDH121
"Garden of Good and Evil"
"Garden of Good and Evil"
You are to create a dark, Gothic, or Halloween-based art piece
that illustrates the battle between good and evil that is fought
nightly in the garden of your imagination!
Show us the inhabitants of your garden,
be they gnomes, plant life, fauna, fae, or something else entirely!

'Emerging':
I printed it out onto A4 card and coloured it with my watercolour pencils before scanning in and printing a few times to get my layers for fussy cutting. Here she is all layered up and put on a card:
I'm afraid the colours don't come across too well. I ran out of good daylight yesterday for my photos, but with a bit of adjusting in photoshop it came out as near as I could get it to the original. Here is a close-up:
I have used one dp, which is a pic of some leaves that I printed out in a brownish red colour. Green cardstock for the base, and for the die-dut border. Yellow pearlescent card for behind the image. Big flower made with TH tattered flowers die and a brad.
The image 'Emerging' will be available in the Delicious Doodles Shop on Wednesday.
Right! Let's see if we can find some challenges to enter!!
Corrosive Challenges - Another Dimension
Sir Stampalot - In The Garden
(not sure if this will qualify)
Allsorts - Anything Goes
Cardmadfairy - NO Squares (plus a digi)
